SHIPPING & DELIVERY

It is my goal to get your newly carved creation to your doorstep as soon as possible.  Most orders will ship within 1-2 days.  Custom orders could take longer depending on work volume.  I am a one man cutting machine.  If orders can not be filled within a reasonable time frame the customer will be contacted with an updated time frame.

 

EASY RETURNS

No returns on custom orders unless product is damaged in transit.  If you receive a damaged product please contact me first and I will advise on what to do with the affected product.  All other undamaged orders can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Buyer will be contacted with updated tracking information upon shipping.
